Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Product team to partner with the Business.

As the IPB Digital Advisor & Client Solutions Product Manager within the Digital Advisor & Client Solutions Product team, you are tasked with revolutionizing the business processes for Advisors and Clients in the IPB, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience. You will promote collaboration with key stakeholders, becoming the trusted regional expert to ensure solutions are effective across various business aspects.

Job responsibilities:

  • Drives a collaborative approach with key stakeholders. Be the trusted “go-to-person” in the region and ensures the solutions developed will work for various aspects of the business. Partner closely to drive relevant forums to ensure ongoing partnership and commitment to drive business results.
  • Invests in a deep understanding of the business opportunity, advisor & client needs and competitive landscape to inform which initiatives and features to pursue. Participates in research to uncover advisor & client needs, and to inform feature definition so that it is relevant and useful.
  • Own the product vision and strategies to deliver data-centric solutions that are valuable (users choose to use them), viable (solutions work for the business), usable (users can easily interpret data insights), and feasible (engineers can implement data solutions).
  • Establish a communications strategy to support our go-to-market efforts (including pilot/rollout of new capabilities and enhancements), including objective/scope, communication, training/support, and feedback/metrics to drive adoption across our digital platforms.
  • Contribute deep knowledge of user behaviour and engagement with data products, utilizing analytics to track usage and optimize data-driven features.
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners including senior leaders, Digital, Technology, Design, Onboarding, Operations, Servicing and Control functions across both the US and International Private Bank.

  • Align data strategy with broader product and AI initiatives, enabling the delivery of data-driven insights to Advisors through the most effective and appropriate channels.
  • Partner with Technology, Design, and key business stakeholders, the Data Product Manager ensures our data assets are leveraged to their fullest potential, supporting both business objectives and the evolving needs of our users.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business.
  • Experience managing product delivery across multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities , ultimately launching new / enhanced product to market.
  • Understanding of Alteryx or Tableau or QlikSense for data analytics and dashboarding, SQL for extracting and analyzing data.
  • Ability to prioritize projects, say ‘no’ when required, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals.
  • Experience in KPI frameworks such as OKRs or HEART to communicate measures of success.
  • Proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations.

  • Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Prior Wealth Management experience helpful.
  • Former experience as an Advisor is a strong plus.
