Join a cross‑functional team building seamless financial workflows and end‑to‑end processing that power new products. Your work will shape business priorities and enable accurate, timely reporting across our platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate with Finance, Planning & Analysis, Product, Technology, and Controllers partners to design and run straight‑through financial processes. You’ll gain deep exposure to settlement processes, financial systems integration, and advanced reporting while developing robust accounting workflows and ensuring accurate ledger postings. You will build trusted relationships across diverse business partners, delivering clear, actionable analysis and insights. You’ll also contribute to business integration initiatives that drive process improvement and best practices in data analysis and retrieval using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and artificial intelligence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Post business results from the general ledger into downstream financial systems accurately and on time; develop ad hoc reports and analyses to meet business needs.
  • Design and document end‑to‑end accounting flows aligned with approved booking models for commerce‑enablement processes.
  • Stay current on US GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements to ensure compliant accounting and external reporting.
  • Partner with Technology and Control teams to build reporting processes and solutions that meet risk and control standards.
  • Maintain documentation to support SOX control frameworks, internal audit standards, and firmwide attestation requirements.
  • Identify and escalate issues promptly; present complex topics clearly and concisely to management.
  • Support integration of new products into financial systems and settlement workflows.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and strong knowledge of US GAAP.
  • 2+ years of Accounting or Finance experience.
  • Strong analytical problem‑solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp concepts, plan, and execute for results.
  • Clear, concise communicator able to tailor messages for management and cross‑functional partners.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with enterprise finance systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion Essbase).
  • Ability to document processes, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines.
  • Willingness to support periodic extended hours during close and critical cycles.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx or similar data tools; SAS a plus.
  • Experience with Anaplan or Dodeca.
  • Exposure to SOX controls, internal audit, and financial attestation processes.
  • Experience in financial systems integration and settlement processes.
