Join our innovative Firmwide Privacy Office, a pivotal team within the Firmwide Chief Data Office, dedicated to designing and administering JPMorgan Chase's privacy program.
As the Firmwide Online Tracking Director – Executive Director, you will be instrumental in advancing our global privacy initiatives, ensuring compliance, and driving innovation within a complex global organization. Your expertise in privacy and AdTech regulations will be crucial in fostering a culture of data protection and supporting our data-driven strategies. Your role will require a mix of technical, analytical, and leadership skills to ensure that the organization complies with privacy laws and regulations.
Job responsibilities:
- Set the firmwide strategy for online tracking and AdTech privacy, aligning to global privacy requirements and business goals
- Lead the design, rollout, and ongoing improvement of compliance programs for tag management and online tracking technologies
- Promote cross-functional execution with Privacy, Product, Technology, and Marketing to ensure operational compliance
- Advise senior leaders on privacy risk, regulatory changes, and emerging AdTech/online tracking trends
- Build and maintain governance frameworks, controls, and audit-ready documentation for online tracking initiatives
- Deliver training and guidance on online tracking topics to raise awareness and improve execution quality
- Run stakeholder forums that gather input across lines of business and functions and promote decisions to closure
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 10+ years of experience delivering large, complex enterprise programs end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and data protection frameworks
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
- Experience presenting clearly to executive audiences and influencing decisions
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate program status, risks, and priorities effectively
- Comfort working with complex technical and data concepts and translating them for non-technical stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the online tracking and AdTech ecosystem
- Ability to design and run governance and control processes that stand up to audits
- Experience creating and maintaining clear, evergreen program documentation and artifacts
- Experience delivering training on online tracking and related privacy topics
- IAPP certifications (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPP/C, CIPP/A, CIPM)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hands-on experience governing tag management systems and tracking implementations at scale
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to embed privacy controls into delivery workflows
- Strong working knowledge of modern tracking approaches (e.g., SDKs, pixels, cookies, and evolving tracking methods)
- Experience establishing control monitoring and practical metrics for online tracking compliance
- Track record of driving privacy-by-design outcomes in digital marketing or customer-facing platforms
- Ability to simplify complex AdTech topics into clear decisions and actions for senior stakeholders
- Experience running structured stakeholder forums that accelerate decisions and reduce delivery friction
