Treasury Product Controller- Senior Associate

Join our Treasury Controllers team and play a key role in shaping the financial integrity and regulatory reporting for Consumer & Community Banking. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across the firm, gain exposure to a wide range of products, and contribute to impactful initiatives in a dynamic environment.

As a Senior Associate in the Treasury Controllers team, you will partner with regulatory reporting and forecasting leads, gaining visibility into various banking products and firmwide initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues across multiple lines of business and corporate functions, combining reporting, analytics, and project management in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory landscape.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead daily, monthly, and quarterly capital and liquidity reporting for all Consumer & Community Banking lines of business, including Home Lending, Card Services, Banking and Wealth Management, and Chase Auto.
  • Deliver key regulatory reports such as RWA (Standardized/Advanced/Basel III Endgame), SLR, LCR, FR 2052a, NSFR, and Dodd-Frank Regulation YY ILST.
  • Coordinate with Controllers, Corporate Treasury, Basel Measurement & Analytics, Capital & Liquidity Management, and other groups on regulatory changes, new business initiatives, and senior management deliverables.
  • Identify and drive strategic and technology initiatives to enhance Treasury reporting processes.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Basel rules and regulatory policies, serving as a point of contact for policy interpretation.
  • Promote a robust control environment and foster continuous improvement within the team.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, treasury, or balance sheet management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, xlookup, macros) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, or Databricks and working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a track record of execution.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills; thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Control mindset, proactive approach, ability to challenge the status quo, and manage multiple work streams.
  • Excellent communication and partnering skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management.

  • Knowledge of retail banking and consumer products.
