Join Markets Post-Trade Technology as a Product Delivery Manager and help shape the next evolution of the Markets franchise. You’ll work at the heart of the trade lifecycle, partnering with Business, Operations, Finance, and Controls to modernize critical platforms, strengthen controls, and deliver tangible, enterprise-scale outcomes.

You’ll own delivery across a high-profile portfolio transforming our markets payments ecosystem, bring new AI-enabled tooling into how we execute, and work closely with senior leaders—turning strategy into measurable progress at pace.

We seek candidates with demonstrable experience in technology strategy and/or product delivery, gained in technology, consulting, or a financial institution. You’ll bring strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. If you’re energized by innovation and want to make a visible impact on a strategic agenda, apply to join our team at Post Trade Technology.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive portfolio strategy and governance across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—shaping intake into a prioritized roadmap, mapping technology deliverables to business requirements, and actively managing cross-team dependencies from feasibility through release and operationalization. Partner closely with Operations to embed outcome-led execution and performance reporting, delivering a measurable step-change in Outcome KRIs to reduce exposure risk for the business.

  • Own outcome-based storytelling and accountability—translate technology delivery into clear business value by confirming “did we deliver what we committed,” connecting deliverables to business requirements and dependency outcomes via Outcome KRIs in senior-ready updates

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams; facilitate decision-making and align outcomes with organizational objectives.

  • Maintain visibility into product timelines and dependencies; track and help resolve blockers; coordinate resourcing plans; and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners, escalating risks and issues when needed.

  • Prepare and synthesize regular program and delivery reporting for leadership, clearly communicating progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

  • Support the change management approach across functional partners; ensure adherence to the firm’s risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements; and contribute feedback to improve change processes.

  • Apply established governance frameworks to ensure product delivery aligns with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives; contribute to documentation and process updates.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, piloting best practices, and staying informed about emerging technologies with practical adoption paths.

  • Coach and mentor the product delivery team on best practices in resource planning, dependency management, and deployment techniques to boost delivery effectiveness.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong experience delivering products, projects, or technology strategy

  • Experience supporting operational management and change readiness; capable of leading small to medium initiatives end-to-end.

  • Experience in program, strategy or project management, coordinating complex cross-functional technology work in large organizations.

  • Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate through change, manage dependencies, and drive execution in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment to firm objectives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Contributes to thought leadership by sharing best practices and mentoring peers.

  • Experience in financial services or a related industry.

  • Exposure to implementing or supporting post-trade workflows in financial services.
