As a Senior Product Associate in Talent Acquisition, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

You will partner with stakeholders to align on product goals and drive business impact. The role offers the chance to influence customer satisfaction and product success through collaboration and data-driven decisions. Job responsibilities
• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
• Collaborates with engineering, data and design teams to deliver high-impact product features.
• Supports product launch activities and go-to-market planning.
• Utilizes data analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitors industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Fosters team alignment, collaboration, and continuous improvement by actively applying agile methodologies and facilitating agile ceremonies.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Relevant experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of translating data into actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated customer focus and ability to advocate for user needs.
• Hands-on experience working in agile or scrum environments

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Experience using product management tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Technical background or understanding of software development concepts
• Advanced data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Talent acquisition experience preferred; leverages strategic insights to inform product decisions and drive innovative solutions that enhance the hiring process
