Job Summary:
As an Agile Delivery Enablement Lead in the Card and Commerce Co-Brand Card team, you orchestrate complex workstreams and facilitate planning sessions that drive alignment and execution. You partner with product and business leaders to manage dependencies, resolve risks, and ensure delivery progress is clear and actionable. You play a critical role in fostering collaboration, setting standards, and enabling sustainable execution across technical, regulatory, and operational boundaries. Job responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate multi-day discovery sessions, from scope definition through facilitation and follow-up
  • Partner with product and business leads to define planning scope, required inputs, and representation
  • Facilitate cross-team alignment during discovery and planning, focusing on integration points and shared dependencies
  • Convert discovery outcomes into execution-ready artifacts, ensuring epics are well-defined and dependencies are mapped
  • Design and facilitate quarterly delivery planning sessions tailored to capability maturity and complexity
  • Broker dependency commitments during planning and execution, securing timelines and ownership
  • Maintain a live dependency view and run recurring reviews to surface risks early and drive resolution
  • Synthesize delivery progress into decision-ready intelligence for senior stakeholders
  • Lead risk and issue management, escalating cross-cutting risks with clear framing and options
  • Provide practice leadership, setting standards and coaching across workstreams
  • Continuously inspect and adapt culture, collaboration, and ways of working across initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in delivery planning and execution
  • Experience orchestrating large-scale, cross-team delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to facilitate complex, multi-stakeholder sessions that drive alignment and commitments
  • Strong dependency management skills across technical and non-technical boundaries
  • Skill in synthesizing delivery data into decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to set operating standards and coach practitioners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with diverse stakeholders across teams
  • Experience influencing without authority
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in a large enterprise or regulated environment
  • Agile delivery certification or equivalent experience (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Lean)
  • Experience partnering with senior delivery leaders in structured planning and reporting
  • Familiarity with program and portfolio management
  • Experience with cross-team dependency management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial services or card programs
