As a Business Analyst in Consumer & Community Banking, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Business Manager - Vice President, by leveraging data, process analysis and program management on strategic projects.
Job responsibilities
- Support the Business Manager with report generation, data visualization, presentation development, and project management.
- Respond promptly to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis.
- Manage day-to-day data requests from business and strategic programs.
- Maintain key metrics dashboards and site governance updates across CCB Ops.
- Deliver management reporting and insights to support decision-making and business reviews.
- Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations and dashboards.
- Capture headcount requirements and report them in strategic presentations representing the CCB Ops Outlook.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and partners to understand needs and define next steps.
- Coordinate team activities and support preparation of materials and logistics for town halls and strategy sessions.
- Maintain internal resources and documentation across collaboration platforms (Teams channels, shared drives, Confluence, SharePoint).
- Participate in initiatives to simplify and improve business processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Master’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience with data mining & data sourcing tools such Alteryx , Tableau and Python
- Strong project management and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Independence in handling ad-hoc requests with attention to detail.
- Collaborative skills to work across finance, HR and functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for working with senior executives within the CCB organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, skills & capabilities:
- Experience in creating compelling presentations and reports.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint, TEAMS channel
- Experience in simplifying and improving business processes.
- Strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
