As a Vice President – Wealth Management Finance & Business Management in the Wealth Management Finance & Business Management team, you are responsible for partnering across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting.
Job Responsibilities
- Functionally adept in understanding Fee & Market movements– experience in wealth management businesses in a banking environment is a strong plus.
- Managing annual/continual financial planning activities for product areas, providing business rationale and decisions for all month-end financial performance and forecasting, conducting reviews and analysis on product financial performance, and formulating annual operating plans.
- Collaboration: Partner with CFOs and Product Heads within CCB on reporting, business cases, and bespoke analysis to drive business performance.
- Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports, clearly communicating complex analytical findings in simple, easy-to-infer outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 25+ analysts, associates, and VPs, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote intellectual curiosity and stay abreast of emerging trends in finance, rate environment, and data sciences.

Support and enable the CFO of Wealth Management & India Head of Banking and Wealth Management on leadership deliverables.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) (or similar educational background) with 14+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong financial analytical skills – fusion of finance and data capabilities.
- Strong team management skills with experience in managing VP/Associate-level populations.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience managing medium-to-large financial analysis teams. Background in Data Science is a strong plus; experience in SQL, SAS, Python, and Tableau is an advantage.
- Background in fintech, banking, asset management, or consulting firms. Experience with data sciences a plus.
- Experience in the banking industry preferred. Excellent communication and partnering skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously within a team environment. Ability to research issues/problems and provide a solution-based approach
