Job Summary
As a Marketing Delivery Lead Vice President in the Emerging Business Needs team, you lead complex, high-priority marketing initiatives from planning through delivery, often in fast-changing situations. You connect strategy, go-to-market planning, and execution teams to drive clarity, timelines, and outcomes. You also help test, refine, and standardize better ways of working so future work moves faster and more smoothly.
Job responsibilities
- Lead complex, ambiguous initiatives end-to-end, including new product launches and other priority deliverables
- Build and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams
- Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making by clearly communicating status, risks, impacts, and options
- Partner closely with go-to-market and marketing execution teams to improve planning and campaign delivery efficiency
- Manage intake, onboarding, and integration of external vendors into the marketing ecosystem
- Coordinate contracting workflows for vendor engagements, including support for statement of work and master services agreement review
- Support development of business cases and required approvals for vendor and project spend
- Lead rapid-response delivery for high-priority campaigns tied to legislative or regulatory changes
- Establish clear operating routines (for example, intake, governance, and escalation paths) to keep work moving
- Identify gaps in workflows and drive process improvements across upstream and downstream execution steps
- Create documentation and playbooks to codify repeatable processes and new operating models
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, product management, change management, or consulting
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional work with many stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-ready status updates and storytelling
- Comfort presenting to senior leaders and influencing without relying on title
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear plans, decisions, and actions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through under pressure
- Experience improving processes and implementing practical ways of working in a large organization
- Hands-on delivery mindset with the ability to step back, delegate, and coach when needed
- Experience managing external partners or vendors in a business environment
- Sound judgment, accountability, and a focus on outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Advanced degree
- People management experience with direct reports
- Experience supporting marketing campaign delivery, launch management, or go-to-market operations
- Familiarity with vendor contracting and procurement workflows
- Experience delivering time-sensitive work tied to legal, regulatory, or policy changes
- Formal training or certification in project or program management methodologies
- Experience developing operating models and adoption plans across teams
