As a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate within the Corporate Center Operations finance team for India and Philippines, you will own end-to-end financial management, including actuals, budget, forecast, and variance analysis across financials, headcount, and resourcing metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own end‑to‑end financial management for corporate center Operations for India and Philippines, including actuals, budget, forecast, and variance analysis across financials, headcount, and resourcing metrics.
  • Manage headcount and FTC labor reporting, cost center hierarchies (actuals and budget) to support decision‑making.
  • Develop executive‑level financial and workforce review materials, clearly articulating performance, risks, and outlook; ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and policies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data quality by leveraging best practices across Finance and Operations.
  • Lead FTC labor category strategy and planning using spend analytics, market intelligence, and benchmarking to inform sourcing roadmaps and demand planning.
  • Execute end‑to‑end sourcing for FTC labor, including competitive events, techno‑commercial evaluations, contract negotiations (MSA/SLA), approvals, and execution, delivering measurable savings to the P&L.
  • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Third‑Party Oversight to ensure sourcing compliance, manage vendor performance, and mitigate third‑party risk.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Approximately 10 years of progressive experience across financial management, workforce/FTC labor oversight, sourcing, or vendor management
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with or willingness to learn visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Technical Skills: Applies strong financial planning & analysis, workforce analytics, and sourcing knowledge to deliver accurate, compliant, and decision‑ready outputs.
  • Analytical Thinking: Breaks down complex financial, resourcing, and spend information to identify trends, risks, and practical solutions.
  • Communication: Communicates clearly and concisely, tailoring financial and sourcing insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Partnership: Builds effective, collaborative relationships across lines of business and functions; works successfully in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.
