Overview:

As a member of the DART Service & Lending team, you will play a pivotal role in developing, transforming, and delivering data solutions for Banker Support within Customer Service and Card Lending Services. Leveraging SAS and Alteryx workflows, you will process incoming data and create impactful Tableau reports. This role requires close collaboration with business units to design standardized solutions and ensure seamless, end-to-end process management for optimal results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation to drive efficiency.
  • Re-engineer existing reports to align with evolving business requirements.
  • Utilize reporting tools to rapidly generate impactful, interactive visualizations.
  • Prepare and deliver operational reports for business partners.
  • Lead dashboard projects from inception to completion, providing advisory support to team members.
  • Demonstrate and apply advanced capabilities of SAS, Alteryx, and SQL, including multi-source data extraction, data blending, table calculations, advanced statistical analysis, guided analytics, and custom coding.
  • Exhibit thought leadership and analytical acumen to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and share meaningful insights with stakeholders.
  • Support and enhance internal and external processes and workflows, recommending improvements based on data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with business domain experts to identify and source relevant data for analysis.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in analytics within banker support, cards, retail, finance, or other consumer-focused sectors with large customer databases.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, SQL, and Python.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field) or equivalent work/training;
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with the US Retail market.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proven experience in handling large-scale data sets.
