As a Reporting and Analytics Associate in the Reporting, Analytics, and Data Stewardship team, you will build recurring and ad-hoc reporting, steward high-quality data, and support internal stakeholders and client execution. You will translate platform data into actionable insights, help improve processes using firm-approved generative AI tools, and produce materials such as surveys, analyses, presentations, and white papers. You will help maintain accurate client and relationship records, support onboarding and access to external portals, and coordinate key activities that enable timely and reliable execution.
Job responsibilities
- Build and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports and translate platform data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Configure and test workflows using firm-approved generative AI tools and document prompts, configurations, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal partners to support safe adoption of new workflows and continuous process improvement.
- Develop surveys, data analyses, presentations, and white papers to support internal and client needs.
- Manage daily workflows in enterprise client relationship management tools and client platforms to keep account, contact, and activity records accurate and compliant.
- Run scheduled data quality checks to remove duplicates, correct inconsistencies, and close data gaps.
- Maintain reference data and document procedures and audit evidence in line with established standards.
- Support client onboarding and maintain portal access and entitlements, resolving login and permission issues promptly.
- Coordinate external platform project deliverables, timelines, and risk escalation to support execution.
- Execute user acceptance testing activities, including drafting test cases, logging defects, and recommending fixes before release.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
- Have 3 years of experience in a financial services or professional services role.
- Demonstrate experience building recurring and ad-hoc reports and translating data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrate experience managing projects or deliverables with tight timelines and competing priorities.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal business communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate across teams and build effective working relationships.
- Demonstrate ability to operate independently, apply sound judgment, and take initiative.
- Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

- Demonstrate experience using reporting and analytics tools and automation solutions to improve processes.
- Demonstrate experience configuring, testing, and documenting workflows using firm-approved generative AI tools.
- Demonstrate experience with data quality checks, audit documentation, and control or compliance partnerships.
- Demonstrate experience supporting client onboarding, portal access, and entitlement maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience coordinating user acceptance testing, including test cases and defect logging.
- Demonstrate experience producing client-ready materials such as presentations and white papers.
- Demonstrate coursework in business and/or finance.
