As an Executive Administrative Assistant in the Asia Pacific CEO Office at JPMorgan, you will be part of a high-trust, execution-focused, in-office entry level team based in Hong Kong.
The role requires a hands-on, detail-driven Assistant who is comfortable performing core administrative tasks to an exceptionally high standard. Flexibility to support business needs outside standard hours (from home when required) is essential.
You will be one of three Assistants in a team supporting the Asia Pacific CEO Office. Your key priority will be to work closely with the two more senior EAs to ensure seamless coverage, responsiveness, and service excellence. This role suits an experienced banking Assistant who takes pride in execution, demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, and thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum administrative support to the Asia Pacific CEO Office
- Process expenses and invoices accurately and on time (Concur experience preferred)
- Maintain records and documentation in line with regulatory and internal standards
- Manage high volumes of correspondence with absolute discretion and sound judgment
- Handle highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, always maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Willingly take on detailed, junior administrative tasks with precision and ownership
- Actively support and back up senior Executive Assistants, stepping in at short notice to ensure continuity and coverage. Back up may include, but is not limited to; complex calendar management, multi-time-zone scheduling, and meeting coordination

Contribute to a high-performing, service-oriented CEO Office team, supporting shared objectives and peak-demand periods
- Support logistics for senior internal and external meetings, client visits, and events
- Coordinate international travel and Hong Kong Schedules for Senior Executives visiting the region or accompanying the CEO, and including visas, itineraries, and last-minute changes, as required.
- Additional Administrative duties as assigned. Work in-office five days per week, with availability to support time-sensitive matters outside business hours as required
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 10+ years of administrative assistant experience, with direct banking industry experience
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, confidential environments
- Bachelor’s degree
- Comfortable with hands-on, execution-heavy work, regardless of seniority
- Outstanding attention to detail and pride in doing the basics exceptionally well
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Flexible, reliable, and able to respond calmly under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in speaking both Cantonese and Mandarin, with the ability to read Chinese characters and materials
- Team-first mindset, with a genuine willingness to always support others
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Prior experience in a Asia Pacific focused CEO Office, Investment Banking, or Commercial & Investment Bank environment
- Project management or administrative certification a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Curiosity and openness to AI-enabled tools and future ways of working
- Strong problem-solving orientation and service mindset
