As an Analyst within the Treasury & CIO Products team, you will be primarily responsible for gathering, interpreting, and managing reconciliation requirements for all Treasury & CIO Products.
Job responsibilities
- Responsible for detailed documentation of requirements and requirement interpretation
- Conduct data research to triage issues, identify root cause, and recommend solutions to fix data defects
- Responsible for deep dive analysis of the data to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Work with other teams to identify data issues and improve data quality for CCAR files
- Document any gaps and ensure proper escalation and communication of severity levels to management
- Engage with Business Partners and IT groups to identify solutions
- Partner with the Project Manager and report owner(s) to communicate and remediate any issues
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting
- Strong communication skills across all levels of management
- Written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create concise and effective requirements documents and communication materials for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, fact based, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; has the courage to ask the tough questions and challenge the status quo
- Result-oriented, with a track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative including setting and achieving challenging goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
