Job Summary
As a Reconciliation Analyst within the Operations team, you ensure accurate and timely completion of reconciliation tasks. You support process improvements and maintain high standards of operational control. You collaborate closely with team members to resolve exceptions and drive efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective reconciliation by understanding products
- Adhere to operational procedures for accuracy and timeliness
- Support team and leader in delivering quality operations
- Document procedures and identify control requirements
- Complete daily checklist and reporting
- Actively resolve exceptions with the team
- Prepare case notes and share learnings
- Seek opportunities to improve efficiency
- Perform under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Work as a backup for the team leader
- Communicate process updates to all team members
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
- Demonstrate flexibility in shift work
- Perform efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively, both written and oral
- Build strong relationships across teams
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
