As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank's Markets Technology team you will join our dynamic team supporting our Markets Digital Enablement platform. You will take ownership of the product backlog, lead roadmap and agile practices, and drive the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance client engagement and operational efficiency across the firm. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners — including technology, research, sales, compliance, and Market Operations — to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new capabilities, while maintaining a strong focus on product KPIs and user retention. You will bring a proven track record in product management, with hands-on experience in Agile and Jira, and a strong understanding of financial markets and products. You will leverage your analytical skills to interpret data, build value-add features, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead roadmap and planning sessions, allocating capacity, setting objectives, and driving timely delivery of key features and enhancements across cross-functional teams including technology, research, sales, compliance, and Market Operations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and translate business requirements into agentic architectures integrated with existing data and workflow platforms.
  • Work closely with the senior Product Manager and broader product team to ensure that all deliverables align with the overall product strategy and support strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute communication plans, including demos, training sessions, and user engagement initiatives to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance to partner teams, fostering hands-on learning and effective collaboration across research, engineering, and product functions.
  • Ensure product KPIs are met, including successful delivery of capabilities to users and driving high levels of engagement and retention.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and governance across all product deliverables.
  • Identify process improvements and drive change to optimize team performance and product outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong technical abilities, with experience in defining and delivering core platform workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage complex products and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric approach to product development, with the ability to understand users' needs and translate them into actionable product direction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in Digital Enablement or workflow automation systems.
  • Experience in financial services or enterprise environments.
  • Ability to drive innovation in agentic system design and orchestration.
  • Understanding of designing and implementing multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph with practical understanding of LLM orchestration, retrieval augmentation (RAG), tool calling, and dynamic reasoning.
