The Community Marketing team unifies and amplifies initiatives that build trust in communities, empower consumers, and strengthen relationships with Chase customers. We are seeking a senior marketing leader to drive end-to-end Community Marketing—from strategy through execution—across channels and experiences.

As a Vice President Community Marketing Strategy Lead in Consumer Bank, you will set the marketing strategy and activation approach, ensuring alignment to business priorities and brand standards. You will lead cross-functional planning and execution across marketing, social, communications, PR, and field teams. You will establish performance measurement and continuous improvement practices to strengthen impact, relevance, and consistency across markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set Community Marketing strategies and annual priorities aligned to business priorities and objectives
  • Develop integrated marketing plans that connect community initiatives to clear audience outcomes and measurable results.
  • Lead cross-functional governance and stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Social, PR, Communications, Legal, Compliance, and partner teams.
  • Direct end-to-end financial health campaigns and programs execution across owned, earned, and experiential channels.
  • Define messaging and storytelling frameworks that build trust and improve relevance in local communities.
  • Establish measurement approach, KPIs, and reporting cadence; translate insights into optimizations.
  • Integrate educational content across consumer and field touchpoints to deliver a consistent, seamless message and cohesive brand experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships, scopes, and budgets; negotiate timelines and deliverables; ensure on-time, on-budget execution with quality controls.
  • Ensure operational excellence across timelines, approvals, risk/compliance requirements, and launch readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to scale what works and retire what doesn’t through test-and-learn.
  • Mentor and develop a team of directs; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high standards

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or communications.
  • Experience as a people manager who provides ongoing coaching, mentoring, and guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end strategy through execution for complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence and drive decisions.
  • Experience building measurement frameworks and using insights to improve performance.
  • Proven stakeholder management across senior leaders and matrixed teams.
  • Experience partnering with Legal/Compliance and navigating regulated marketing environments.
  • Strong project/program management capabilities with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Experience in community, purpose-driven, or experiential marketing programs at scale.
  • Experience with financial education, message hierarchy and learning and development initiatives.
  • Experience leading multi-market or field-based activations.
  • Experience managing agencies and vendor partners end-to-end.
  • Experience developing audience segmentation and channel strategies.
