Wholesale Credit Risk Administration - Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) risk CRUs and robust experience in Rule-Based Access Control (RBAC) processes. The ideal candidate will drive automation initiatives, manage access controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high automation targets and maintain a strong control environment.
Job Responsibilities
- CRU Expertise:
Serve as the SME for CIB risk CRUs, demonstrating a deep understanding of all CRU structures, including Core, Supplemental, Default, Reporting, and Legal Entities. - RBAC Automation:
Familiar with the RBAC (Rule-Based Access Control) process flow, independently identifying, documenting, and implementing business rules to automate risk-related applications and support the achievement of 80% automation targets. - Project Management:
Lead and manage projects with minimal supervision, engaging with information owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver on project objectives and timelines. - Control & Compliance:
Maintain a control-driven mindset, ensuring all processes adhere to regulatory and internal standards. - Access Profile Maintenance:
Maintain and update role-based access profiles and manage user certifications to ensure appropriate access levels. - Exception Management:
Manage user exceptions and out-of-profile entitlements, ensuring all deviations are documented and approved. - Role & Policy Certification:
Approve and certify roles and policies, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in CIB risk CRU structures (Core, Supplemental, Default, Reporting, Legal Entities).
- Strong understanding of RBAC process flows and access management best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive automation of business rules in risk-related applications.
- Deep project management experience, with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and information ownership.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools such as Alteryx and LLM models.

You will collaborate with Credit Risk Administration, Control Management, Wholesale Lending Services, Business Management, and Credit Product and Strategy teams to support risk management excellence and operational effectiveness.
