As Content and Template management lead within our Common Capabilities COE team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job responsibilities
- Liaise with Product owners, business users and other COE members to identify, assess and document business requirements related to Client Document related content and templates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder team progress. Support teams in achieving their goals and maintaining productivity.
- Wealth Management Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the Wealth Management industry to guide product development and delivery. Understand client needs and market trends to drive product innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- Minimum 7+ years of banking/relevant industry experience.
- Strong analytical mind, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Previous experience in any analytics/documentation related process.
- Good understanding of Wealth management businesses and document/ template requirements of these business.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective Communication and presentation skills
