As a Marketing Sr Associate Site Design Lead for the Chase Money Skills hub, you will own the user experience and content design system, ensuring the site is easy to navigate, accessible, and structured for discoverability across organic and AI-driven experiences. You will translate editorial priorities into scalable templates, navigation models, and on-site journeys that support multiple content formats and enable the hub to serve as a destination for Marketing, Public Relations, and Social channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and evolve hub information architecture, navigation, taxonomy, and content hierarchy to make content easy to browse and find.
- Design learning journeys such as topic hubs, learning paths, and “start here” flows that meet customer needs across content formats.
- Create and maintain a scalable library of page templates and modular fragments for articles, resources, videos, and interactive tools that promotes consistency and clarity.
- Partner with editorial to standardize page structure for discoverability, including headings, summaries, internal linking patterns, and metadata guidance.
- Build and enforce content design standards that improve readability, scan-ability, accessibility, and mobile-first behaviors.
- Collaborate with delivery partners, editorial and studio teams, and controls and approvals stakeholders to ensure designs are buildable, governable, and easy to publish at scale.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships by scoping work, managing budgets, negotiating timelines and deliverables, and ensuring quality execution.
- Use research, performance insights, and feedback to prioritize and deliver continuous UX improvements and maintain a measurable UX backlog.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, content design, or digital experience design for content-rich sites.
- Demonstrated experience building scalable information architecture, navigation, and template systems.
- Strong collaboration with editorial/content teams and ability to translate editorial priorities into durable design patterns.
- Experience designing for accessibility and improving usability across devices, including mobile-first behaviors.
- Ability to define success metrics and use site performance insights and feedback to improve experience outcomes.
- Experience working with governed workflows, controls, and approvals in regulated or highly reviewed environments.
- High energy, solutions-oriented approach to managing multiple initiatives.
- Proven relationship development, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

- Expertise in UX/IA, content design, design systems, and prototyping.
- Data-informed decision-making using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and crisp requirements writing.
