You will apply structured tagging and metadata to improve discoverability and reporting, and you will ensure pages are instrumented so performance can be measured and optimized. You will serve as the operational bridge between editorial, controls and approvals, and the site platform to enable reliable, governed delivery at scale.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and publish hub pages and assets in the Chase ecosystem platform, ensuring template adherence, mobile readiness, accessibility checks, and release timing.
  • Implement and maintain analytics instrumentation for hub content, including page-level tracking and module or journey events where applicable.
  • Apply and govern taxonomy tags, metadata, internal linking patterns, and naming conventions to support discoverability and reporting consistency.
  • Coordinate content through the governed workflow from approval to publish, confirming approvals are complete prior to release.
  • Verify content accuracy against approved copy, including links, embedded assets, formatting, and accessibility requirements.
  • Test analytics implementation quality, confirming tags and events fire as expected and data is captured reliably across formats.
  • Maintain recurring reporting inputs and performance snapshots, including what shipped, performance by topic and format, entry pages, and discovery indicators.
  • Document operational hygiene items such as content inventory, version and change logs, refresh schedules, and publishing procedures, escalating platform issues as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in web publishing, digital production, or content operations.
  • Implement analytics tagging and instrumentation for web content, including events and conversion measurement.
  • Execute accurately in governed workflows with approvals and version control.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Publish in a content management system and perform structured content entry.
  • Use dashboards and recurring performance reporting, including taxonomy-based performance views.
