DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements for network, computing, storage, database, and security solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Implement cloud services, coordinating with IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and support for business scalability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with billing and account standards, identifying financial risks, and optimizing cost management to enhance financial performance. Develop reports that provide actionable insights for executives and stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and business growth. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, supporting strategic recommendations that align with firm objectives and enhance competitive advantage. Work with security teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with security policies and protection of assets. Maintain a library of documents and templates to support information sharing and collaboration, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Design and implement tools and systems to enhance data accessibility and usability, enabling informed decision-making. Ensure timely delivery of business intelligence information, facilitating effective communication and data exchange across departments to support organizational agility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related field of study plus 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Product Associate, Business Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, Product Associate, Business Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: configuring and managing Jira projects, including setting up workflows, custom fields, and dashboards to optimize project tracking and reporting; using Jira Align to align team activities with strategic objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams and projects; creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation in Confluence, including project plans, meeting notes, and knowledge bases to facilitate team communication and knowledge sharing; designing and developing interactive reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint, incorporating advanced functionalities such as pivot tables, data analysis add-ons, and VBA scripting; integrating Confluence with Jira to enhance project visibility and streamline information flow; utilizing the Azure Portal for managing cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components; using Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps to support product development and deployment; using the AWS Console to manage cloud infrastructure, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, and IAM roles; leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation for scalable and efficient product solutions.
