As a Content, Data & Tools Reporting Manager within our Commercial and Investment Bank, you will develop reporting and insights for the Commercial Banking Proposals, Creative Services, and Content Management teams while administering reporting and LLM-enabled tools to optimize content workflows, taxonomy, and retrieval across AEM and connected platforms; you will also lead data analysis and ad hoc initiatives, deliver senior-ready materials, and drive process improvements, requiring strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, automate, and maintain reporting tools and dashboards across Workfront, Tableau, Alteryx, and related platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting outputs; troubleshoot and resolve reporting/tool issues.
  • Analyze performance data and generate insights to support business objectives and KPI tracking.
  • Produce ad hoc reporting and recurring deliverables to meet team and stakeholder needs.
  • Configure, administer, and maintain the team’s Adobe Workfront instance, including ongoing user support and training.
  • Coordinate with other Workfront instance owners to align standards, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage access and permissions (e.g., Workfront user groups) via Adobe Admin Console.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Workfront Fusion integrations to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Support content authoring structure, workflow design, and content organization using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and connected platforms.
  • Evaluate existing content structures and workflows; identify and execute opportunities to optimize processes and enable LLM-supported content retrieval.
  • Maintain a unified content organization approach (taxonomy/tagging) and assess content/platform engagement to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, business management, finance, strategy, or project management; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Working knowledge of project management and reporting tools (e.g., Workfront, Tableau, Alteryx, or Monday.com).
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and LLM applications or similar systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and LLM prompting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive insights and decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and logical thought processes.
  • Schedule flexibility to meet deadlines and work flexible hours as required.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Adobe Workfront Core Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Tableau Desktop Specialist or similar certification.
  • Alteryx Designer Core Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with large language models (LLM) and their application in content management systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced project management skills.
  • Knowledge of treasury services or commercial card products and services.
