Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Analyze and interpret product performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive solution discovery by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize innovative solutions.
- Oversee product planning sessions, contribute expert insights, and ensure the timely and successful execution of product initiatives and launches.
- Partner with product managers to define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
- Support and execute change management activities, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and raise blockers or dependencies, proactively managing resources and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous learning within the product team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management.
- Demonstrated success in leading product management initiatives or relevant domain projects.
- Strong experience with operational management, change readiness, and product deployment processes.
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and go-to-market execution.
- Proficiency in data analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in credit card or financial services products.
- Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
