Portfolio managers are responsible for investment outcomes by constructing and managing portfolios to provide investment returns in accordance with client goals.

The JPMAM International Equities Group (IEG), currently managing in excess of $250 billion, is recruiting an individual to join their Global Core Portfolio Management team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior Portfolio Managers with all aspects of managing the Global Core Strategies: Global Select, Global Focus, Global Dividend. This includes:
• Working closely with Global Research analysts on stock ideas and advocating ideas for inclusion in portfolios
• Contributing to portfolio construction decisions through insightful portfolio analysis
• Working closely with Investment Specialist team on client communication
• Day to day portfolio management including preparing orders and instructing portfolio actions from client activity such as cashflows

Skills required:

• Extensive investing experience (>5 years in public equity investing) with CFA or equivalent
• Strong understanding of fundamental equity investing including company modelling, corporate strategy and the drivers of differentiated investment process
• Excellent communication skills (written, visual and verbal) for effective idea advocacy and client communication
• Ability to thrive in a team environment collaborating with, and learning from, other portfolio managers and analysts
• Deep intellectual curiosity, mental agility and a commitment to excellence
