As a Global Client Reporting Associate within Asset Management – Global Client Reporting, you own end-to-end delivery of manual client reporting across traditional asset classes. You ensure requests are understood, executed accurately, and delivered on time while building strong domain and product knowledge. You also support strategic transformation initiatives to improve processes, controls, and reporting quality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end intake, execution, and delivery of client reporting requests with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review reporting requirements to ensure scope, data sources, and timelines are clearly understood.
  • Prepare manual reports across traditional asset groups, ensuring consistency and quality of outputs.
  • Deliver ad-hoc, custom reports and other assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Validate numbers and narratives to ensure reports are complete, accurate, and client-ready.
  • Build product and domain expertise to interpret fixed income reporting and performance outputs.
  • Escalate issues and concerns to senior management with clear context and proposed next steps.
  • Resolve reporting breaks by coordinating with local/global partners and managing expectations.
  • Create internal MIS and management reporting to support operational oversight and decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements, control enhancements, and documentation of reporting procedures.
  • Support local and global transformation initiatives to streamline manual reporting and improve scalability.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold a postgraduate degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook.
  • Communicate effectively with excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and consistently positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Collaborate effectively with local and global teams across cultures and working styles.
  • Prioritize workloads independently as a self-starter and manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.
  • Apply understanding of fixed income investment reports and related reporting concepts.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Pursue CFA qualification or demonstrate progress toward CFA certification.
  • Hold an MBA degree.
  • Leverage experience in asset management reporting or client servicing operating models.
  • Apply strong attention to detail and control mindset in a high-volume reporting environment.
  • Improve processes through automation/standardization ideas and disciplined execution.
  • Partner confidently with stakeholders across Sales, Client Service, Portfolio Management, and Product teams.
  • Adapt quickly to new products, reporting formats, and evolving client requirements.
