As a Product Portfolio Operations Associate in Market Data Services Control, you are responsible for supporting the creation of processes to ensure synergies across the broader product ecosystem. Work closely with the Product Portfolio Operations team and assist with planning, executing, and analyzing product-related projects.
Job responsibilities
- Supports efforts to coordinate across products to ensure delivery against business objectives
- Aids in collecting key inputs from across products to ensure our full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
- Calculates basic metrics for portfolio management operations
- Develops change initiative materials
- Supports team deliverables to ensure customer value, product alignment, and service expectations
- Coordinates strategic initiatives and cross-product projects to define and evolve product offerings and capabilities
- Assesses current-state processes and data capabilities to support delivery of strategic solutions and improvements
- Aggregates and analyzes data to support pricing proposals, portfolio metrics, and value assessments
- Drives cross-product integration by collecting key inputs to inform portfolio priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
- Develops change initiative materials and timelines, and supports product-level controls, financials, and resourcing
- Manages operational execution by responding to client tickets within SLAs and maintaining accurate system inventory
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
- Proven ability to support the implementation of operational effectiveness initiatives
- Prior experience using techniques and tools in relation to data analytics
- Partner on strategic initiatives and cross-product projects to define, configure, and enhance product offerings and capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current-state processes and data capabilities in support of strategic solution delivery
- Aggregate and analyze data to support pricing proposals, portfolio metrics, and value analysis reporting
- Collect and synthesize inputs across products to inform portfolio priorities, sequencing, and trade-off decisions
- Develop and support change initiative materials and timelines to enable effective portfolio execution
- Assist with product-level strategies related to controls, financials, and resourcing needs
- Execute operational responsibilities by managing client inquiries within SLAs and maintaining accurate system inventory
