Join Engagement Marketing within the Loyalty Generation team to build and execute primacy offers that drive digital service adoption and deeper relationships for small businesses.
As a Senior Marketing Associate in Engagement Marketing (Loyalty Generation), you will develop, execute, and manage multiple digital marketing campaigns that support the Business Banking priority of driving more primary bank relationships. You will lead offer execution for digital service adoption, partnering closely with strategy, creative, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver campaigns that are on-strategy, on time, and within budget.
Job responsibilities
- Execute and curate content for primacy offer campaigns supporting digital service adoption.
- Collaborate with strategy and internal/external execution partners to translate objectives into deliverables.
- Manage internal and external agency briefing and creative development in partnership with strategy.
- Activate campaigns by partnering with execution teams to bring concepts to market across channels.
- Ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time, and within budget parameters.
- Recommend optimizations to improve results, create efficiencies, and reduce costs.
- Partner with marketing managers to define campaign strategy, measurement approach, and reporting framework.
- Champion end-to-end customer experience and deliver flawless execution across touchpoints.
- Coordinate multi-channel delivery across product and marketing strategy, digital product, targeting/list, analytics, and approval stakeholders.
- Manage Legal and Compliance reviews to secure approval of marketing content.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bring 4+ years of experience in an integrated marketing function, including marketing execution.
- Hold a 4-year degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong digital marketing execution skills across mobile and web platforms.
- Apply data-driven and analytical thinking while also bringing creative problem-solving to campaign development.
- Manage details, timelines, and campaign financials with rigor.
- Operate effectively within structured processes and controls and deliver high-quality work under them.
- Adapt quickly and pivot as priorities evolve.
- Test, learn, and take calculated risks to improve campaign performance.
- Build solutions from the ground up with an ownership mindset.

- Support integrated omni-channel planning and execution.

- Work from the Columbus, OH office with regular in-person presence required.
