Job Summary

As a Product Manager in the APAC Account Solutions team, you are responsible for the end-to-end product management, driving commercialisation and development objectives whilst maintaining a sound knowledge and understanding of regulatory landscape and risk framework across the Physical and Virtual Account Solutions suite incl. Demand Deposit Account, Client Money and other specialty accounts as well as Virtual Solutions suite

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day priorities in relation to the products by working closely with functional, technology and operational partners and by providing expert support to front and middle office.
  • Identify product gaps, drive prioritization, define enhancement requirements and develop business cases to support investment requests.
  • Support APAC planning and execution readiness for Account Solutions System of Record migration to Accounts Unified, including phased market wave planning, stakeholder engagement, cutover planning, and operational readiness.
  • Perform New Product Assessment by collaborating with relevant Functions to ensure new product functionalities are delivered as per specified business requirements.
  • Deliver technology changes by partnering with Product Development, Technology, Operations and relevant Function partners.
  • Act as escalation point for complex client use cases and product exceptions; support to Product Solution Specialists, Sales, Service and Clients during and post implementation as required.
  • Ensure comprehensive on-boarding and servicing procedures are in place and up to date.
  • Supporting new business growth by:
    • Ensuring Account Solutions products are positioned properly, and well understood across the organization globally
    • Creation and delivery of training to Partners on product mechanics, positioning and selling guidelines for Account Solutions products.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all relevant global and local regulations as it relates to Accounts Solutions and resulting impacts on the product offering and client use cases
  • Contribute to setting product and pricing strategy for Account Solutions, ensuring alignment with the global strategies, together with Regional and Local priorities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelors’ degree in Economics, Finance or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Transactional Banking, Cash or Liquidity Management
  • Proven product, operational or client service experience in Payments and Transaction Banking.
  • Understanding and appreciation of the Liquidity regulatory and control environment, and particularly of the APAC landscape.
  • Track record of strong partnerships with key stakeholders, influencing without authority, leading cross-functional delivery, presenting to Senior Management, managing prioritization trade-offs, and owning regional outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong financial, analytical and strategic skills.
  • Experience in reviewing legal documentation in collaboration with Legal teams
  • Project management leadership and stakeholder governance competencies.
  • Collaborative attitude, with proven ability to work across global matrices.
  • Comfortable using analytical and AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate recurring outputs, and improve decision quality across product and risk workflows.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills,

  • Product Management expertise in liquidity products/solutions, across multiple geographies, is strongly preferred
  • Product management knowledge across Virtual Account offerings are an advantage.
