As an Enablement & Adoption Associate within the Employee Success team, you will support the execution of cross-functional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to promote product adoption, engagement, and impact across JPMorganChase. You will assist in developing enablement and adoption frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, and help ensure our products and experiences deliver value to employees.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of GTM enablement and adoption strategies to encourage product engagement and retention, helping employees become informed and prepared to adopt new solutions
  • Assist in coordinating GTM initiatives by working with Product, HR, Change, Marketing, Communications, and Analytics teams to help deliver launch plans and integrated employee experiences
  • Gather employee insights, market trends, and feedback, and help translate them into actionable recommendations for GTM and adoption activities under the guidance of the Enablement and Adoption Lead
  • Help craft and maintain enablement assets and tools to support rollout and adoption
  • Monitor adoption and assist in analyzing performance data to support recommendations for iteration and improvement
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market & Change team to help ensure readiness, training, and support for product launches, including post-launch optimization
  • Contribute to establishing best practices for GTM enablement, adoption, and measurement, ensuring alignment with Employee Success objectives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in go-to-market or product marketing supporting employee engagement and adoption across multiple channels
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Analytical skills with exposure to data-driven decision making and performance management
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills; able to work effectively with peers and partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple assignments and changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
