The JPMorganChase Wealth Management Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Business Management team is a newly formed organization that serves as a strategic partner to the Wealth Management CAO, providing comprehensive day-to-day operational support and driving the advancement of key business priorities. Whether leading initiatives across Wealth Management and the broader firm, developing business analyses that inform senior decision-making, or curating executive-ready presentations and coordinating leadership forums / business reviews, the team ensures the CAO organization operates with clarity, alignment, and momentum.
As the Senior Associate Business Manager in the CAO Business Management team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the Wealth Management business by providing comprehensive day-to-day operational support and promoting the successful execution of key initiatives and administrative functions. Responsibilities will encompass the development of high-impact materials, executive level reporting, communications, and driving the advancement of business priorities and the people agenda. In this capacity, you will serve as a trusted advisor and counterbalance to the Head of CAO Business Management. The role of a Business Manager is inherently dynamic, requiring the versatility to navigate a broad range of responsibilities and respond effectively to evolving business needs on a daily basis. Success in this position demands exceptional communication skills, a high degree of flexibility, and the ability to thrive in an environment characterized by ambiguity and change. The ability to build strong collaborative relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners across JPMorganChase Wealth Management, is essential.
Job responsibilities
- Help lead and manage tactical initiatives on behalf of the function
- Create business analysis to support recommendations for senior decision making
- Organization of weekly senior leader updates
- Curate executive ready presentations, and assist in preparation and follow ups for various forums and events (e.g., offsites, business reviews, senior stakeholder meetings, conferences)
- Effectively own and manage follow up items to ensure proper sequencing and completion
- Interface with senior executives on the leadership team and build relationships across various stakeholders to enable the business to achieve its objectives
- Develop internal communications and content for the organization
- Assist in prioritization, implementation and measurement of key priorities, goals, and targets for the business
- Maintain a positive attitude and act as team player in supporting team activities and initiatives
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently (both verbally and written)
- Strong executive presence / presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple activities with tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, driven, positive, team-player with unwavering personal integrity
- Strong skillset in Microsoft office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), and executive presentation building skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize issues and analysis; strong organizational skills and detail-orientation
- Adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management business models and organization structure
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or investments organizations
- Minimum of 2 years of project management, business management, or consulting experience ideally with exposure to field / large project rollouts and accountability for complex components / tasks
