As an Analyst or Associate Account Manager in the Prime Financial Services team, you will act as the primary contact for Hedge Fund and Institutional clients in continental Europe, providing expert guidance and ensuring high-quality delivery across the PFS product suite. You will develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, proactively identify challenges, and leverage your knowledge of the PFS platform to deliver tailored solutions. You will partner closely with Sales, Trading, and internal stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and support the strategic objectives of the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Hedge Fund and Institutional clients in continental Europe, delivering expert guidance across the PFS product suite
- Partner with Sales and Trading to drive commercial outcomes, providing input to pricing proposals, margin simulations, and profitability analysis
- Build a comprehensive understanding of each client’s organisation, strategy, and objectives to ensure optimal use of the PFS platform
- Respond to client requests for product enhancements, leveraging the current platform and collaborating with Product Development to design new solutions
- Monitor and respond to client feedback, track client sentiment, and work with Operations to optimise the service model
- Oversee the execution of key lifecycle events and lead client engagements for regulatory change initiatives
- Maintain and strengthen the control framework, assess and manage operational risk, and serve as an escalation point for client issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives
- Support the delivery of strategic initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of the PFS platform
- Communicate complex topics clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong understanding of the Prime Financial Services product suite, with expertise in financing or clearing products
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and relationship building
- Proven track record of operational excellence, executing with precision and maintaining robust governance and controls
- Effective team player and strong individual contributor
- Proactive self-starter, eager to expand knowledge and achieve ambitious objectives
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and support decision-making
- Commercially astute, with the ability to approach challenges with a business-owner mindset and present complex topics confidently
- Fluent English language skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Degree educated; a finance-related degree is preferred
- Experience within Prime Brokerage or Clearing
- Industry experience with a demonstrable track record of delivery and a strong client focus
- Experience supporting regulatory change initiatives
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
