Job Responsibilities:

  • Closely partner across teams to drive business analytics and support Business Management activities aligned to CFO for CCB Operations/Real Estate/Staff Functions Finance team
  • Translate business demands to technical requirement and collaborate with analytics team
  • Interact with business leaders and business managers to create executive presentations
  • Serve as product owner for Business Intelligence tools supporting Total CCB Workforce, CCB Operations, and CCB Real Estate
  • Drive and manage book of work supporting new Business Intelligence tool build, partnering closely with dedicated Data & Analytics
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining responsiveness to ad-hoc requests

Required qualification, capabilities, and skills:

  • Strong problem solver with excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, organizational, and technical skills
  • 3+ years of experience at a financial institution or consulting firm in one or a combination of the following areas: corporate finance, treasury, data analytics, or quantitative modeling
  • Able to communicate effectively with a variety of technical peers including data and business intelligence development team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, or other related field

Preferred qualification, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proficiency in CCB-wide Essbase data and Workforce Data Product
  • Proficiency with SQL in Databricks
  • Proficiency in PitchPro creating execute presentations focused on storytelling, driving insights
  • Intermediate knowledge in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Sigma)
  • Preference to those with experience dealing with large scale data projects

CCB Finance is looking to hire a Business Manager Associate within the Ops, Support Functions and Real Estate team. This role reports directly to the Business Manager VP which supports the CFO for Ops, Support Functions and Real Estate and will be responsible for helping deliver critical initiatives for the CFO and CCB Operations Leadership team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to engage with teams across CCB F&BM and CCB Operations. You will work with various stakeholders across CCB to provide insights into operational performance and strategic initiatives. Outstanding data analysis, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills will be key.
