This role will help support learning for Risk Management, specifically the Model Risk & Governance (MRGR) and CIO, Treasury, & Corporate (CTC) Risk Teams.
As a Learning Lead III within our team, you work as a trusted learning partner in achieving their strategic business objectives, through a robust learning strategy that is globally consistent and scalable. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and executive-level communication skills. Previous experience driving both strategic and tactical deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is highly desirable
Job responsibilities
- Effectively consulting with Risk leaders and key stakeholders to understand strategic Risk priorities and specific Risk challenges faced while building a strong learning culture across MRGR and CTC Risk
- Analyst and Associate curriculum development and program management including on going curriculum and training development throughout the tenure of the program
- Develop a standardized onboarding curriculum for all new hires that introduces MRGR model risk management practices, organizational structure, and key processes
- Consolidate and curate training platforms into a single platform with clear taxonomy and content lifecycle management
- Define metrics and reporting to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact
- Identifies and implements measurement and evaluation strategies and implements continuous improvements.
- Collaborate strongly with other Learning Partners and the Learning & Talent Solutions organization in executing the training strategy and utilizing best-in class curriculum content
- Effectively partner with HR Business Partners, Stakeholders & Other Support Functions in developing and executing the learning strategy
- Plan, monitor, and manage training budget allocation, invoicing, and any vendor relationships
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years experience in the financial industry with a focus on training, learning, and development. Knowledge of Risk Management is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently as well as a member of high performance teams in a project deadline driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), team oriented who can work well and build partnerships with colleagues of various levels, across the different lines of business/functions
- Highly disciplined, organized, self-motivated, and delivery-focused, with the ability to work independently and perform in a high pressure and fast paced environment with proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability. Excellent time management
- PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel advanced proficiency, and data manipulation required
- Must be comfortable with changing and competing priorities and be able to deliver flawlessly across multiple projects and demands
- Confidence, professionalism and executive presence
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years experience preferably in the financial industry with a focus on training, learning, and development. Knowledge of Risk Management is a plus.
- Experience in analyzing and transforming scattered data and information into a format that is understandable with strategic solutions
