As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job responsibilities
  • Govern and maintain Static Data for GDO Applications with a Controls mindset.
  • Manage and Govern the Onboarding, Offboarding and Fund Launch Processes.
  • Implement AI-enabled automations using RPA tools such as UI Path, Alteryx, and Xceptor, and reconciliation tools such as iRecs; develop code, perform unit testing, and deploy to UAT.
  • Partner with Technology and upstream data providers on solution design, build, testing, and implementation, ensuring traceability from requirements to release.
  • Publish periodic governance scorecards to stakeholders, highlighting progress, control performance, and risk/issue status.
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to document end-to-end processes, handoffs, data lineage, and control points.
  • Identify and document opportunities to streamline or improve existing processes, with quantified benefits and prioritized recommendations..
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Working knowledge of digital tools including Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau, iRecs, with demonstrated application to production-grade solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and a proven record of innovative solutions that improve performance, control effectiveness, and client outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and across functions.
  • Broad, enterprise-wide perspective on strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance mechanisms.
  • Deep understanding of process-centric approaches to business analysis and capability development.
  • Participation in process re-engineering for at least one medium-to-large IT-related project, with measurable impact.
  • Experience working within cross-functional project teams to translate business requirements into process artifacts and release-ready solutions.
  • Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected business documentation and diagrams, articulating relevance to the organization and high-priority issues.
  • Understanding of hierarchical and sequential process modeling concepts and techniques, applied through standardized modeling templates.
  • Experience in business analysis or data analytics with evidence of outcome-based delivery.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML policies and experience in risk, audit, or process improvement.
  • Experience or working knowledge of OTC derivatives, with strong background across security types including Bonds, Equities, Commodities, and Indices, and their accounting treatment; derivatives experience desirable.
  • Ability to motivate and collaborate with teams using empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with mainframe and PC-based systems, and digital process automation.
  • Project management and process improvement experience.
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
