Join our Starter Consumer Bank Marketing Customer Engagement Campaign Management team as a Marketing Associate in a process-learning role supporting monthly product launches and ongoing change initiatives. Drive impactful customer onboarding and engagement campaigns to increase retention and financial health. Support monthly product launches and change initiatives by executing repeatable campaign operations processes, maintaining marketing repositories, and coordinating content recertifications to ensure materials stay current, controlled, and ready for use.
As a Marketing Associate on the Customer Engagement Campaign Marketing team, you will be in a process-learning role supporting monthly product launches and ongoing change initiatives. You will help keep campaigns moving by maintaining campaign documentation and repositories, coordinating content updates and annual recertification workflows, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You’ll support execution across digital and direct mail channels, operating within established processes, systems, and controls.
Job Responsibilities
- Support monthly product launch and change-management work by coordinating required inputs, timelines, and stakeholder check-ins to keep deliverables progressing through standard workflows.
- Execute defined campaign operations tasks across digital and direct mail channels, following documented processes, systems, and controls.
- Maintain and update marketing repositories (e.g., creative/specs, in-market tactic inventories, briefs, approvals, and status trackers) to ensure teams can quickly find current, approved materials.
- Coordinate content updates and annual recertification of in-market tactics/materials, including tracking due dates, routing items for review, and documenting outcomes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., brand, product) and support incorporation of review feedback (including legal/regulatory reviewers as applicable) to ensure materials meet requirements and are production-ready.
- Manage multiple tasks under deadlines in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing work, escalating risks early, and maintaining clear status updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting learnings, identifying process gaps, and recommending operational efficiencies that improve speed-to-market and reduce rework.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2 plus years of experience in a marketing campaign execution, campaign operations, or process coordination role, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including maintaining trackers/repositories and following repeatable processes and controls.
- High energy, solutions-oriented mindset with comfort operating under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong relationship and communication skills to work effectively across partners and incorporate feedback.
- Team player who supports an inclusive, collaborative environment and adapts to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for trackers, status reporting, and documentation.
