As an Accounting Analyst within the Global Supplier Services Reconciliation Team, you will engage in a variety of finance areas. You will play a crucial role in the company, contributing to the success of our businesses, clients, customers, and employees. As part of GSS Operations, the Reconciliations Team, your responsibilities will include reconciling AP liability accounts and balance sheet accounts, as well as performing various control reconciliations to ensure accurate and complete accounting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform reconciliations across AP liability, balance sheet, and other control accounts.
  • Partner with Operations teams and Lines of Business to identify, investigate, and resolve accounting breaks within agreed timelines.
  • Support downstream operational teams that consume core operations data, proactively coordinating to prevent or remediate upstream/downstream transaction issues.
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by identifying opportunities to enhance process quality, delivery efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Support legal entity and business finance controller reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with outstanding analytical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Degree in accounting or significant equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Ability to interact independently with both Lines of Business and Finance teams.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
