As a Global Securities Services Specialist within our Securities Services organization, you will lead delivery for digital assets and wallet initiatives in Custody Settlements.
Job responsibilities :
- Lead delivery for digital assets and wallet initiatives in Custody Settlements, including scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
- Partner with Securities Services Product and senior Product Development leaders to define the digital assets custody and wallet product offering, close gaps, and enable new capabilities.
- Partner with Technology to build and integrate strategic P&S infrastructure and support replacement of the global settlements platform where relevant to digital assets workflows.
- Partner with Operations to reduce risk and manual effort by identifying control gaps and manual workflows and implementing process and operating model improvements.
- Lead technology delivery alignment by ensuring requirements, testing approach, and release readiness are met for strategic infrastructure enhancements and replacement initiatives.
- Coordinate testing and implementation by aligning testing leads, managing feedback, and driving remediation and enhancements based on priorities and commitments.
- Support client readiness and communications by partnering with Product Management, Sales/Marketing, and Client Service to position changes, draft client-facing messaging, and coordinate adoption as needed.
- Contribute to product thought leadership by identifying opportunities to improve platform scalability, resilience, and compliance and presenting recommendations to senior management.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strong program delivery across matrixed teams (Product, Operations, Technology), including planning, coordination, and progress tracking.
- Ability to translate requirements into actionable product and operating requirements, with clear acceptance criteria and implementation plans.
- Strong communication skills across senior and working-level audiences; comfortable building alignment and appropriately raising risks or issues to support timely decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently; well organized and focused on delivering results.
- Analytical skills, including working with large data sets and producing concise, decision-ready reporting.
- Experience using OKRs (or similar goal-setting frameworks) to steer and measure outcomes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in Securities Services, Custody, or Settlements (or a related securities, investment management, or global custody environment); digital assets exposure (wallets, tokenization, or crypto custody operations) is strongly preferred.
- Proactive and adaptable, able to rapidly build domain expertise and help teams translate ambiguous problem statements into clear decisions.
- Strong facilitation skills (workshops, design sessions, working groups).
- Demonstrated ownership of roadmap delivery and milestone management.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy across multiple priorities.
