Join our team in Global Supplier Services and drive commercial value through data, automation, and scalable business solutions. As the Business Solutions Program Manager, you will own the delivery of tools, dashboards, and reporting that paint a comprehensive picture of the Bank’s suppliers and their relationships across the Bank, to enable strategic decision-making in maximizing value for the firm.

As a Business Solutions Program Manager - Vice President, in Global Supplier Service, you will develop and product manage home-grown tools and dashboards (stemming from supplier data) to support program and strategy execution and enable day-to-day operations. You will thrive in a fast-paced, priority-driven environment, partnering with stakeholders at all levels and translating complex needs into clear requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and high-impact deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage home-grown tools and dashboards, including defining product strategy and roadmap
  • Leverage data to develop new products and enhance existing ones, including assisting in designing logic for custom metrics and reporting
  • Think strategically and creatively to identify opportunities to enrich datasets and recommend new use cases that expand the value of our data products
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable items, prioritizing based on technical feasibility, business impact, and stakeholder needs
  • Support the lifecycle of data solutions from concept to launch, including ongoing maintenance and updates and integration of supply side data into firmwide applications
  • Analyze, manipulate, and connect multi-source datasets to develop executive reporting and collateral that measures and socializes objectives and accomplishments
  • Perform quality assurance testing and implement data governance guidelines to maintain data quality and integrity for the team and data consumers
  • Design and maintain reports and program KPIs for senior banking and sourcing executives, as well as team consumption
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to support implementation and execution of program strategies and reports
  • Design and own management of project plans to ensure transparency and timely delivery of deliverables supporting program commitments
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for tools, reporting, and recurring processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar/relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, with data & analytics and product management experience
  • Experience partnering with data ingestion, API, and front-end product teams, driving outcomes without direct engineering ownership
  • Experience and recognized certification with Tableau (Desktop Foundations), Alteryx (Designer Core), Access, and other data technology tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, complex queries, etc.) and PowerPoint
  • Strong data quality management, manipulation, analytical, and visualization skills across large and complex datasets
  • Proven experience leading data product operations with recurring cycles and release controls
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills to be able to prioritize and multitask under pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with professionalism, sensitivity, discretion, and sound decision-making for senior-level interactions
  • Confident, collaborative working style with the strength to gain the respect of demanding stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and experience managing complex challenges in a global, federated environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Advanced certification for Tableau and Alteryx – Salesforce Certified Tableau Data Analyst; Alteryx Designer Advanced
  • Proven ability to operate through ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities
  • Quick learner with the ability to acquire new skills rapidly
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to assert opinions professionally
