This role is a strategic brand marketing opportunity focused on advancing JPMorganChase’s reputation and strengthening brand preference among key audiences nationwide through insight-led positioning and high-impact paid campaigns. You will draw upon expertise in brand strategy, positioning, campaign management, creative production, and stakeholder management to translate qualitative and quantitative research into actionable marketing strategies and lead end-to-end campaign development. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with marketing counterparts, the ability to communicate effectively with leaders, and a commitment to elevating creative quality – bringing clear creative vision and maintaining consistent adherence to the firm’s visual identity standards in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Brand Insights team to leverage qualitative and quantitative research and translate audience intelligence into high-impact brand strategies and integrated campaigns. You will bring a strong understanding of paid media testing and creative optimization, ensuring JPMorganChase marketing delivers against business goals while continually elevating the quality and effectiveness of creative.
A deep understanding of visual identity is essential, with accountability for ensuring all marketing materials consistently reflect the firm’s brand standards across channels and touchpoints.
As an Integrated Brand Specialist, you will have proven mastery leading brand marketing initiatives at category-leading companies, proactively introduces new thinking, steers creative strategy, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior leaders are also essential.
Job responsibilities
- Leverage previous experience in end to end campaign management, including agency selection, overseeing timelines, tracking deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met, and completing asset trafficking process.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal creative teams to develop comprehensive 360-degree campaigns that effectively communicate our story to target audiences, aligning with business and marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement brand experience and creative guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints.
- Work with Insights, content, creative, and internal client teams to create compelling assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Cultivate partnerships with internal marketing teams based on trust, providing guidance and support to deliver effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal business to proactively navigate projects through internal systems and processes, ensuring smooth delivery of brand and marketing priorities.
- Provide creative feedback that challenges expectations while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Build relationships with creators across the company to support their efforts and ensure
- Utilize metrics and analytics to drive campaign performance and optimize results.
- Present strategy, creative concepts, and tactics to senior leadership for feedback and/or approval.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
8+ years of relevant marketing experience with focus on brand strategy, brand reputation marketing, marketing communications, and/or advertising execution
Experience working with highly matrixed organizations is ideal
Can work independently as well as collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders
Familiarity with overall creative development process and strong understanding of and experience in campaign/creative development, production and executional best practices
Strategic, innovative thinker, with ability to influence and problem solve on the fly; excels in a dynamic, fast paced and fluid environment to meet deadlines
Experience working cross-functionally and collaborating with team members across business and staff areas at all levels - achieving goals without direct control over all resources
Performance-driven marketer with an ability to drive efficient and effective campaigns
Excellent project management, written communication and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience in developing paid social storytelling and tactics aligned with business objectives to drive engagement across platforms
