Job summary
As a Digital Document Services Analyst, Markets Operations in Digital Document Services, you will support the end-to-end management of executed client documentation and related operational processes. You will ensure agreement setup, indexing, and exception resolution are completed accurately and on time, while partnering with internal stakeholders across functions and regions. You will contribute to regulatory-driven activities, data migration initiatives, and continuous process improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Set up and index executed documentation accurately in internal systems to support transaction and client requirements
- Manage transaction management activities to meet defined timelines and service standards
- Identify issues and coordinate with relevant internal functions to resolve disputed points within agreed time frames
- Respond to client inquiries and provide subject matter support related to documentation and transaction status
- Partner with stakeholders across legal, business, operations, and technology to support an efficient operating framework
- Collaborate with global document management teams across multiple locations to deliver consistent outcomes
- Perform daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities, where required
- Support regulatory-driven initiatives, including client transfers across legal entities
- Contribute to data migration activities to ensure documentation and data integrity
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
- Maintain a strong control mindset and adhere to operational risk and quality standards
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and time zones
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables
- Client-focused mindset with strong customer service practices

- Experience in middle office or back office operations
- Understanding of financial services industry products, processes, and operating models
- Experience supporting regulatory initiatives, remediation activities, or operational change programs
