As an eSales Analyst/Associate in our Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Electronic Sales team, you will support client electronic execution needs across multiple asset classes. You will collaborate with electronic sales, electronic trading, voice sales, and product partners to provide coordinated coverage and timely solutions. You will respond to client requests, help identify emerging electronic execution trends, and share client feedback to improve pricing and product offerings. You will bring curiosity, organization, and strong attention to detail while operating with urgency in a high-pressure environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with global electronic sales, electronic trading, voice sales, and product teams to deliver comprehensive client coverage
  • Respond to client queries and requests related to electronic execution needs across fixed income, currencies, and commodities
  • Capture and channel client feedback to improve pricing, product features, and overall electronic execution experience
  • Identify new client opportunities and monitor electronic execution trends to support franchise growth
  • Build and develop product knowledge to support broader client conversations and solutions
  • Maintain high standards of process discipline, quality control, and attention to detail in daily execution support
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure timely follow-through and issue resolution
  • Apply creative problem solving to navigate time-sensitive requests and operational challenges

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven sales track record; highly motivated and target driven
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau and Qlikview)
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of fundamental products across fixed income, currencies, and commodities
  • Strong attention to detail with a disciplined approach to process and quality control
  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal partners and clients
  • Ability to perform well under pressure with appropriate urgency

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior working or internship experience in a financial institution
  • Prior experience in sales within Global Markets
  • Clear, logical thinking with strong qualitative judgment
  • Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and self-manage priorities
  • Exposure to electronic execution platforms such as Bloomberg, FXALL, Flextrade, 360T, BidFX, Tradeweb, or MarketAxess
  • Mandarin language skills
