Build and scale identity offerings that help clients integrate capabilities with confidence. You will combine market-facing discovery with practical solutioning to drive adoption and measurable commercial outcomes. You will work closely with partners and internal teams to shape launches, enable sales, and improve the client experience.
As a Vice President, Product Manager within the Identity product organization, you will lead go-to-market commercialization through client conversations and external partnership engagements. You will translate identity capabilities into deployable client solutions by partnering with engineering, architecture, and design on integration approaches, implementation patterns, and operational readiness. You will define and execute go-to-market strategy, including positioning, packaging, launch planning, sales enablement, and adoption motions. You will measure performance using indicators such as pipeline contribution, adoption, conversion, retention, and client satisfaction. You will contribute to product strategy and roadmap prioritization grounded in client feedback, market demand, competitive insights, and regulatory trends.
Job responsibilities
- Lead client conversations and external partnership engagements, representing the Identity product portfolio and bringing market insights into roadmap planning.
- Own solution discovery and pre-/post-sales technical commercialization support, partnering with engineering, architecture, and design to define integration and implementation approaches and operational readiness.
- Translate identity capabilities into deployable client solutions, including requirements, documentation inputs, success criteria, and adoption considerations.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for new and existing identity offerings, including target segments, positioning, packaging, launch planning, and sales enablement.
- Establish a repeatable commercialization operating model and track performance using measurable indicators (pipeline contribution, adoption, conversion, retention, and client satisfaction).
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies aligned to value delivered, including business cases, unit economics, and monetization trade-offs.
- Identify, evaluate, and operationalize external partnerships to expand distribution, accelerate capabilities, and strengthen ecosystem adoption across digital identity workflows.
- Define partner value propositions and joint commercialization plans aligned to product strategy, security requirements, and long-term scalability.
- Contribute to product vision, competitive positioning, and roadmap prioritization grounded in market demand, competitive analysis, regulatory trends, and client feedback.
- Ensure product strategy reflects clear differentiation, measurable outcomes, and an executable path to scale aligned to Trust and Security standards and enterprise priorities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience in technology commercialization, product go-to-market, or solutioning roles
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling technology products with clear commercial outcomes (for example, adoption, revenue, expansion)
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to lead executive discussions and translate needs into product and solution direction
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, legal, risk, and operations across multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including comfort with pricing, business cases, and KPI-driven management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with identity verification, digital identity, open banking, digital credentials, or fraud and risk tooling
- Experience with enterprise partnerships, platform commercialization, and contract negotiation in regulated environments
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications
