As a Senior Product Associate in the Core Employee Data Applications team, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative products that address regulatory requirements and compliance needs. You will own the product lifecycle from strategy through execution, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure solutions are robust, user-centric, and aligned with evolving regulatory standards. Your work will drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency, supporting the organization’s evolving needs and risk reduction.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product vision and strategy for regulatory data management and compliance, aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with legal, compliance, operations, technology, and business teams to understand regulatory changes, translate requirements into actionable product features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Champion process simplification and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual risk in regulatory workflows.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing regulatory deadlines, business value, and user experience.
- Oversee data architecture and ensure data quality, security, and effective management for regulatory processes.
- Prepare and deliver clear updates, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
- Prepare and deliver clear updates, presentations, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and driving adoption of new workflows.

- Familiarity working with regulatory or compliance-driven products.
- Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, global environments with cross-regional coordination across HR, operations and technology.
