As a Business Manager on the Talent Partnerships & Culture team, you will serve as a key support for the Managing Director and Head of Talent Partnerships & Culture, explicitly owning project management and workflow for the teams book of work. You will report to the Head of Talent Strategy & Culture Marketing and leads workflow across the organization, including orchestration across Lines of Business. You will own and administer Monday.com for the team, ensuring intake, assignments, updates, tracking, measurement, and reporting are accurate and timely. You will also partner closely with the Business Manager for Sports & Entertainment, to ensure succinct, aligned, and connected reporting up and across the organization. This role blends Business Management rigor with culture‑forward sensibility and executive presence; it requires fluency in talent/celebrity engagements, production timelines, content pipelines, brand safety, and controls while translating strategic priorities into clear operating plans and measurable outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the team’s book of work, including intake, prioritization, project plans, milestones, and issue escalation; run leadership agendas, staff meetings, and follow‑ups with clear owners and deadlines
  • Own Monday.com administration, governance, and hygiene for the team (intake, assignments, timelines, status updates, dashboards, and metrics); produce regular reporting and analytics for senior forums and leadership.
  • Partner with Sports & Entertainment to align and streamline reporting, materials, and updates for senior forums, ensuring consistency and connection up and across the organization.
  • Develop executive‑level materials and messaging, including business reviews, wrap reports, roadmaps, and briefings for senior leadership; distill complex initiatives into crisp narratives and recommended actions.
  • Prepare and deliver high‑impact presentations for internal/external stakeholders; support day‑to‑day issue resolution for senior leaders, removing obstacles to maintain momentum.
  • Lead process improvement and operating model design for outreach/intake, approval workflows, booking logistics, asset delivery, and post‑mortem learning; standardize documentation and knowledge management for scale and auditability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and proactive communications across Lines of Business the team supports, as well as Finance, Legal, Risk, Controls, Compliance, Marketing/Communications, Sports & Entertainment, and external talent representatives to streamline decisioning and delivery; ensure projects are assigned, updated, tracked, measured, and reported.
  • Serve as internal partner on trendspotting, cultural relevance, talent dynamics, and platform/brand partnerships; translate market signals into actionable updates across the team and wider organization.
  • Oversee space planning and real estate processes for team needs in coordination with Workplace teams, aligned to production and event schedules.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5 plus years of experience in business management, project/program management, or chief of staff capacity, with exposure to PR/Comms/Marketing, talent/entertainment, or brand partnerships in a matrixed organization.
  • Deep passion for the work our team does – connecting culture & lifestyle pillars to authentically story tell and elevate JPMorganChase’s products and services to current and would be consumers, communities and beyond
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment; exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through managing multiple concurrent workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Executive presence with strong oral and written communication skills; adept at crafting concise decks and briefings for senior audiences and engaging credibly with internal executives and external talent reps.
  • Demonstrated relationship management and cross‑functional influence skills; client‑centric judgment with cultural fluency and an understanding of talent representation, production timelines, and content lifecycles.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; strong documentation discipline and comfort implementing structured processes and tooling for intake, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with active curiosity and an aptitude for technology and organizational design; track record leading process improvement and operating model builds.
  • Knowledge of risk and control frameworks related to content rights, disclosures, privacy, and brand safety in paid/earned media and talent engagements.
  • Potential to travel for shoots, events, and partner/talent meetings
