In this role, you will help drive the strategic goals of the organization through controls oversight, data analytics and reporting, and developing key presentations and communications and you will have a higher level of oversight in monitoring and managing various processes to ensure Controls are in place and are being followed. With the opportunity to collaborate across all of CFS- including senior leadership- you will refine your analytical and people skills with compiling reports and creating presentations with information that enables the operation to maintain their momentum in supporting the Consumer and Community Bank.

As a Business Analysis Associate II - Controls & Oversight within Customer Fulfillment Services, you will provide business management support and governance including several functions such as organizational strategy. You will help advance the strategic goals of the organization through data analytics and reporting, project engagement, process re-engineering, controls management, and the development of high-impact presentations and communications, this is essential for the Central Transaction Operations (CTO) which a group that provides key operational and business support services for customers across Consumer & Community Bank and throughout the firm. You will also provide cross-functional and executive support in a data-driven environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Consumer Fulfillment Services (CFS) business units to drive efficiency, control effectiveness, and consistency, including issue and opportunity identification
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and central point of contact across CFS for records management and unstructured data controls, including the execution and analysis of CI scans
  • Analyze and transform data using transformation tools to maximize usability and improve operational efficiency
  • Configure and govern SharePoint sites, while developing Power Platform to optimize processes and maintain audit‑ready controls
  • Validate data accuracy for both recurring and ad-hoc metrics and reports
  • Support special projects that aid in the strategic goal of CFS, impact peer teams or have broad CFS impacts
  • Build relationships across CFS and partner organizations to ensure a knowledge of the businesses and processes focusing on key drivers of productivity, controls, quality and process efficiency

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and oral executive-level communications skills with the ability to quickly adjust message based on various audiences
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Extensive SharePoint knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, curious to learn new technologies
  • Experience with operational risk analysis, action plans, issue management, end-to-end process reviews, and control execution

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge
  • Alteryx Certification & Tableau experience preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with quality assurance principles is a plus
