Duties: Construction and maintenance of product composites following GIPS guidelines. This includes applying the appropriate account inclusion/exclusion to all composites. Review, analyze, and understand performance within deviating accounts. Produce ad hoc analyses of portfolios, market events, and other performance- related questions that arise including RFP responses. Provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive weekly/monthly dashboards. Recommend and implement ways to streamline and automate reporting processes to save time and resources. Work closely with other teams across the firm in order to drive change and provide value to the firm and our clients. Assist team in performance verifications and other audit/control related activities. Use expertise in new Product creation to help with requirement writing and development for an internal composite engine.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as Portfolio & Performance Analysis, Analyst, Client Insight, Program Finance Coordinator, Account Receivable Specialist, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Portfolio & Performance Analysis, Analyst, Client Insight, Program Finance Coordinator, Account Receivable Specialist, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: performance measurement methodologies including daily time-weighted returns and Modified Dietz; multi-asset products and portfolio management theories; utilizing statistical data analysis for composite reviews including standard deviation, max drawdown, Share ratio, information ratio, and Sortino ratio; dispersion analysis and composite criteria; performing data manipulation, data structuring, data design flow and query optimization using programming language including SQL and Python; automating manual processes using tools including Alteryx and VBA; mainframe accounting systems and performance system architecture; analyzing data sets; requirement gathering and project management including JIRA for technology releases via sprint cycles; designing and developing PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports with advanced functionalities including lookup, index match, data analysis add- ons, pivots, and VBA; analyzing, mapping, and documenting business processes to ensure accuracy and completeness in Standard Operating Procedures.

Full-Time. Salary: $118,248 - $130,000 per year.
