DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Lead the strategic planning and execution of product development for Pay-Ins, Channels, QR Code, and Direct Debit services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of payment solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, driving product innovation. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business objectives. Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, vendors, and clients. Monitor product performance and user engagement, implementing Improvements to optimize user experience. Coordinate with sales, client services and implementations teams to develop go-to-market and client onboarding and servicing strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for payment solutions. Provide leadership and guidance to the regional and country product teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: 3- or 4 year Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Payment Associate, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Payment Associate, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Managing product development lifecycles, from concept to launch, in a financial services and payments industry; Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends; Defining and prioritizing product features including Financial services and Payment Products and enhancements by aligning customers feedback with business objectives; Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables in the financial industry; regulatory requirements including Payment and financial regulations imposed in the financial market and industry standards related to payment solutions in the financial industry; Using data analysis to monitor product performance and user engagement; Developing go-to-market strategies for payment products.

Job Location: 545 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310. This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel for team meetings, off sites, and client meetings.
Full-Time. Salary: $200,014.00-$201,000.00 per year.
