As a Data Privacy Senior Associate in HR Data Privacy, you will play a pivotal role in executing key transformation initiatives across Human Resources. You will implement data-centered projects, ensure data protection and compliance, and help foster a culture of data security within our organization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to manage privacy risks and support transparency. Your contributions will directly influence our HR data privacy framework and drive efficiency across the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), including intake, validation, data retrieval, review, redaction, and response delivery
  • Collaborate with Legal and stakeholders on ICO escalations and manage resolution for escalated DSAR cases
  • Execute and manage HR data privacy incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to privacy regulations
  • Support data privacy impact assessments to identify and mitigate privacy risks
  • Maintain HR’s records of processing activity inventory for accurate documentation
  • Support digital governance of HR and Employee Platform cookies, tags, and pixels, ensuring compliance and consent management
  • Own and maintain program documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit-ready artifacts
  • Build and manage trackers, dashboards, and reporting for real-time visibility across data privacy activities
  • Drive project execution by creating and managing project plans, task lists, and presentations
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and refine workflows to improve efficiency
  • Support EMEA stakeholder alignment and leadership decision-making through reporting and metrics

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in the financial services industry or consulting, with a focus on data governance or data privacy
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, plus data management and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL)
  • Strong data literacy with ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate data-driven insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive data and privacy matters
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Execute under aggressive deadlines and manage changes in planning
  • Strong awareness of risk, a well-developed control mindset, and meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of data privacy principles, data governance frameworks, and Human Resources processes
  • Hands-on, results-oriented mindset with willingness to take ownership and drive outcomes
  • Ability to drive clarity and establish structure in ambiguous or evolving environments
  • Privacy or project management certifications (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, PMP, Agile/Scrum)
